    1. Nick north-western.

    2. The towers are empty and hollow, though has it's advantage point for defence when it's required.
    Sometimes there can be a party in there, sometimes used by the illegals.

    3. At the very top of the tower, there is four guards. Each tower is five floors.

    4. It's noisy by default for being so hollow.

    5. It's not in the condition.

    6. You'll figure that one out.

    7. That's not available until a future round, so a temporary no.

    1. You use materials together to build things.
    Blueprints / recipes may be required together with the required skill.

    2. There will be minimum requirements for skills, like requiring 50 lock in order to unlock a safe without code. (Hint: You can learn new stuff)
    Otherwise, if there's no minimum requirement then it's % based by how much skill point you have, with a maximum instead. (10 skill = 50%, 20 skill = 100%.)

    3. If you're interacting with a NPC and receive an option, that option can be taken during the 3 actions. (That would cost 1 action)
    Returning to the NPC, you're automatically turning in the quest / advancing it depending on what morale route you're on.

    4. The city itself is free. In order to enter, you have to be specifically on the north / south entrances.
    If you want to go from one place to the other, it count as an action. If you're entering a building, then you're in the building next round unless it's locked.

    2. I'm a genius. And as they say there is a fine line between genius and insanity.
    3. Unique perk: Insight. Doubles intelligence for one round. Intelligence halved for the next two rounds due to fatigue.
    4. Purple: The Royalty (remnants I guess). Blue: The Nobles (vying for power). Brown: The Explorers (for the New World). Red: Mafia (regrouping). Black: Terrorist (mercenaries)
    5. Around c20-r14
    6. With great knowledge comes great survival ability
    7. Game changing but not that game changing.

    Red equals building or structure.

    I forgot to mention that an Instance equals a place in itself. A building may take a round to get inside, but you can get out with just an action than space.
    The Bar is an instance though, with multiple floors, secrets and stuff. My mistake for not mentioning. Shall I remove this restriction overall?

    I do increased damage with assault rifles but less damage with pistols,snipers and explosives.

    When I drink vodka my damage and health increase for one round but next round my medical and engineering skill reduce.
    The both raise and reduce skills by 10
