    Also, Cultists say they must be sent for the kill. If the Cult Leader dies, can they choose to kill someone on their own?

    Does the Doll Master have to specify what the doll will do while he makes it, or can he decide when he's giving it out?
    Can the Doll Master hand out two dolls for, say, roleblocking in the same night?
