I warned him, without the intention of kicking him, for pause spamming, and then he dropped right after the warning. >.<

Wouldn't pause spamming fall under Griefing? Because it's essentially just trying to make the game a frustrating experience for your fellow players.

Unlike swearing or namecalling, it's not something you can simply ignore.
