    M-FM: Golden Olympian Age

While the Gods of Olympus and the Greeks both celebrated on the Earth, for the glorious victory over the Titan Cronus, little did they know what was coming for them....

Each occupied demigod was put to mind control by Cronos... acting like oneself but taking orders from Cronos.
Semidei, oportet te invenire levioribus manere fortis et cum haec mala comminuerunt.
Demigods, you must stay strong and find the ones with these evil pieces.
Tantum semideos vero intelligere poterit lingua Latina uti non didicit Cronos.
Only the true demigods will be able to understand this language, as Cronos did not learn Latin.

Each Cronos' Pieces will be randomly divided among the population. Each night, one piece will be chosen to go kill their target. With this, the sent piece will NOT be able to use their voted night action.

    Special Roles
Cronos' Pieces - They do not know each other and will receive notifications on the current vote count for who to kill, only a random person per night will be able to write 50 words (maximum) and directs the other pieces to do that. No other communication will be taking place. It only shows the count of each vote, and where the majority of the vote on a target will be targeted to kill.

Auror - The auror has become neutral and taken a Roman stance instead of the traditional Greek, and have become more warlike. The aurors will release that they will side with the Gods / Cronos and it will be announced the next day.

Won't that just reveal who everybody is?

Also, there is just 2 factions? Can you make them the same color as your win conditions so we know which they all belong to.
The evil faction is randomly chosen and given to six individuals. They'll receive a PM about their role and if they were possessed by the Evil faction or not.

Yp, can you do a more traditional role list...

    Ex:

    Doctor
    Doctor
    Doctor

Then in the rolecard include "The Path of Healing" blahblahblah, it's kinda hard to read as of now.

Also, take out the role for the host's opinions on the game. The host has to be neutral. If you want some record of how you feel to be released post game, fine.

I also would like some expansion on the businessman. I think it's a good mechanic but could use work. The businessman could be protown or proscum. I don't see why that guy has to be chosen by the host.

Definitely make the factions clearer. I had no way of knowing how many are in the evil faction. I'd recommend doing something like mine. [Greek Gods] versus [Evil Greek Gods] no one will know which Gods are good or evil until the roles are assigned.

I am thrilled you liked the popular vote idea. Glad to see it getting some legs. I'd love to help you make your thread clearer.

Yeah I didn't think the Businessman deal would work that much so I added a Manipulator. I was wondering if I should replace one person with a Neutral?

    Re: M-FM: Abditas Bellum Titanas

    Looks like an interesting setup.

    A few observations/suggestions:

The setup is a bit difficult to read. As Ika pointed out, your "Possible Roles" section (which you should probably rename "Rolecards") needs to be reformatted because right now it is just a big wall of text. My suggestion is to color code it so that the colors match your role list, and put a blank line in between each role to separate them. Another popular method of organizing role cards is to use quote tags for each one, which separates them into neat boxes that make for easy viewing. You also don't need to list multiple role cards for multiple instances of the same role. Removing the duplicates will help clarify your setup.

Speaking of the roles list, what is the significance of all the colors in the role list? I went into the win conditions expecting to see 5+ win conditions, but there are only 2. It's completely fine to have two factions, but if that's the case I think you should make that clear by only having two colors present in the role list because currently it is a bit misleading.

Another thing that will help make it easier to understand is combining the Traditional Roles List with the Role List by putting the traditional name of the roles in parentheses next to their corresponding RP role. I also suggest moving the parenthetical on each role card from the end to the beginning. (ie. instead of "The Path of the Hunt by Artemis: [role info] (Vigilante)" Make it "The Path of the Hunt by Artemis (Vigilante): [role info]") It's a minor change, but I think it will make it easier to read, especially once you re-format it.

Your special mechanics say that "All votes for roles will be confidential". Maybe I just missed it because it's 6AM and I'm tired, but I don't see this mentioned anywhere else in the setup, so you should definitely clarify how this "vote for roles" mechanic works.

One minor thing: Unless "Occupants of Olympus" is actually the RP name of one of the players in the game, I count 19 players in your setup. MFMs are (in my experience, at least) always exactly 20 players. I don't know if there is actually a rule against having a different number, so if you want to have 19 players, I think you can do so, however you do have a spot for an additional player if you want it. Or I'm tired and can't count. If so, disregard.

I like the RP, by the way. I'm a fan of Greek/Roman mythology.
