As NoctiZ said, I will randomize the players and roles, everyone has a shot at being in it and there will be no favoritism.
I don't like the first come first served format since a lot of people are in different timezones or are busy with stuff. Heck, some people haven't been logging in on their main due to them playing FMXVIII.
I think It's fair like this.
