Death penalty for laggers? Or stump them?

I just submitted a ticket to Blizzard, complete with a "trace route" and DXDIAG file, complaining about their excellent server and how each load screen is 2-3 minutes, and at the end of that time - 2/3 times it's a dropped game. Or how I type something and it freezes for 30 seconds because Battle.net suddenly can't handle 4 players joining a lobby.

Then the game starts, and someone starts repeatedly lagging.

    Death penalty or stump them?

I decided to voice my protest by submitting a ticket, as I'm sure hundreds of users have decided to do. Figure, bug the shit out of the tech department.

He replied that he has had NO drops since HOTS came out, and that it's probably a latency or lost-packets issue with me (and therefore everyone who plays customs). I have to generate another trace-route file AFTER I drop a game, and then resubmit. The diagnosis will probably be "California internet better than Canada internet."

Ash, do you think it'll make that much of a difference? It's all players, and our internet is fine. It's the service that's bad. If I experience no drops each Mafia game, and I find that I'm one of 5 players who made it in because our internet is "better" than others, what kind of victory is that? Battle.net is trying to screw with people of ALL connections!

A lot of these players are also based in the United States, which has better internet service than in Canada because there is more competition among internet companies. You guys pay less and get more than we do in Canada. And American players drop constantly as well.
