I was in this game. The 'no evidence' that got the consig lynched was that I was detective "BOOM HEADSHOT" and watched 3 visit me night 1. I forced his roleclaim in PM and he said invest. I told him I was skeptical of his claim based on the role list and a dead invest and that I would out him in my LW if killed. I was jailed that night and the jailor said 12 had claimed invest in jail and claimed he was attacked. Being that maf can't attack maf, 12's invest claim held more weight and I outed 3 to the mayor the following day.

I don't know about the rest of the claim, as I was alive til the end and couldn't see what was said after mayor died. I was merely explaining how the mayor found the consig. Being in the game myself, I didn't get the impression that anyone was cheating. However, the escort was attempting to gamethrow IMO... griefing at a minimum and I ended up kicking him before points because of it.

After the Review

Night 1: Dexo targets Dark Knight (framer), framer dies.
Night 2: Dexo targets John Travolta (doctor), doctor is hit by both mafia and Dexo.
Day 3: Upon revealing as mayor (Meth), BOOM HEADSHOT (14) PMs the mayor stating '3 is consig, me and jailor agree'. When 3 is put to trial, he says to kill 1 and 14 because they are sheriff and detective respectively. 14 is detective, claims 11 is jailor and says 12 (lugario) is confirmed not mafia via PM. Meth then says SK is friendly and tells SK to kill player 11 in public chat.
Night 3: Dexo kills player 11. Meth writes 'luigario is GF' in his will, however this is after he checks the log for most of the night. MeTH is an experienced mafia player, and it should be noted that luigario tried to divert the lynch off the consigliere the previous day. This attempted diversion is most likely why he knew luigario was the GF. MeTH is killed by the mafia that night. luigario (Ness) also suicides that night.

Every night blacksolid (escort) blocks player 4 (lookout). This is even after framer, arsonist, godfather and consigliere die. Ordinarily this could be attributed to a new player making a bad play, however blacksolid is clearly experienced, as he has over 13500 points in the replay.

Further Analysis
Statement that Sk was friendly does not appear to mean much.
Sk and mayor did not appear to be partied, and Mayor found consig and GF through PMs and deduction.
Suicide by Ness was stated to be a game-throw, because he believed the actions of the consig when on trial were also game-throwing. Considering that the consig was probably going to be lynched anyway, the consig's actions will be ignored. Godfather suiciding however, is game-throwing.
Constant blocking of lookout by blacksolid denied town a powerful investigative role.

the main reason i suicided instead of waiting to be lynched is i seriously hate being lynched. being lynched itself is fine, being forced to listen to the entire town act like 3 year olds and talk endless shit to me is really not. i was also quite certain that he knew my role given the way was he acting the day before. and given that more then half of the town was alive and i was the last mafia...didn't really see any way to possibly win. So apparently I've been put on the watch list so cheating and i dont understand what I did that could be consider cheating. People told me to contact you abut it. His role wasnt confirmed so i didnt know what he was.

Having read over the thread, I'm not sure if giving him Watch List solely for RBing someone multiple times in a row (even a confirmed town) is really fair.

We generally have a policy that you can't punish stupidity. If you cannot establish that he intentionally was blocking town in order to play against his win condition (and it doesn't seem like you can), then you are simply calling him a cheater for playing poorly, which is unfair.
