Above account is accurate, Kobra proceeds to attempt to lynch the Godfather, accusing him of being serial killer. I believe this was just a mistake on his part as he does not do it again the next day and does not mention it at all. All he was trying to do was to start a random lynch and feign Jester.

Swack however talks in the night chat in a very trolly fashion, saying to kill white or die, etc.
When he dies, he leaves the numbers of the two remaining mafia members, however the town does not take notice. I believe Swack was intentionally trying to make the Mafia lose.

I disagree with Kobra verdict, just the fact that I know his intent was to, in his own word send me to after the game, "lose the game and bring down everyone". After night 1, with the witch being dead, there was no chance for a jester and he was not acting as one. It's fine by me if he want to troll and/lose but he wanted to bring me down too and that should merit an offense. I can't help but assume you went easy on him because of his status as a donor.

I was not aware that Kobra is a donor.
I from the replay alone I cannot confirm that his intention was to game-throw, nor was it to troll. He seemed legitimate to me.
I cannot take into account evidence such as chat after the game, as it cannot be verified unlike a replay can be.
Even if he was attempting to game-throw, he would not be punished as it's his first offense; additionally the report also stands as evidence for any future reports of Kobra breaking the rules, allowing us to give him a harsher punishment.
Until that new report comes I would not recommend any punishment for Kobra.

Edit: Kobra is not listed in the data-base as being a donor.

It's fine that he can't be punished on the first time but this was not his first mafia game nor his second and saying that trying to get his GF lynched and almost succeed was a "mistake" is laughable.
