Hold. It was a failed HTML name that He didn't change. If this same kind of offense happens again it will be taken into further review.

I'm requesting an appeal on this for the following reasons:

1- he didn't change his name after the screw up
2- he named himself "LEAVE TR"
3- he used the correct color code at the end of his name to color his role in graveyard indicating he knows how to use it properly.

This was no mistake, this was intentional abuse of naming privileges.
