For real though, nothing's going to happen unless there's some kind of consensus about what constitutes 'excessive shit-posting' and whatever. I would just leave it up to the individual hosts. Just remind the hosts to clearly define what they want out of a game and anyone who violates the rules that the host sets should be warned by the host.

Also Sino, have you tried...signing up for more games so that there's one less slot that isn't filled with a shit-poster? I don't think people will take an inactive player very seriously which is partly why this thread is so...fascinating ;)
