I always need to manually click "Exclude Masons and Citizens" each time for Town Government even though I've saved it "checked" many times.

Necroplant is surprisingly loyal, he shows it in his own way, but he's not a bad guy at all. His punishments always came from like a 2-4 day period where he just went apeshit in-game. The other 99% of the time he's a cool cat. Maybe since I see him for who he really is is why he will listen to me when I tell him to leave the lobby when he was on banlist. I told him he can fuck around all he wants, just not in a game i'm in. It was about mutual respect.
