That would be delving into website features that I think only [MENTION=5896]Cryptonic[/MENTION] and [MENTION=5435]Brendan[/MENTION] has access to. That does sound like a good idea, whether there is an option or plugin for that is beyond my knowledge. What you're saying is basically what clicking 'New posts' achieves in the top left corner. I personally use this more than the sidebar.

That's really interesting how a slight change to the UI like that can subtly shift people's whole notion of the site's focus. Especially a site like this which is, in some sense, dedicated to creating psychological tricks and trying to see through psychological tricks lol.
I guess in a world of diminshing attention spans and social media dominance people are just so much more likely to click on what's right in front of them and catches their eye.[/QUOTE]
The removal of CJ posts on the side was because a certain user shitposted 50 times a day. All that was seen on the sidebar were their posts in CJ.
