Discord has become very popular recently, judging by the fact that pretty much every gaming subreddit has a server.
I'm just going to put this here for anyone who wants to have another server to idle in, this is the same one I posted in a site discussion thread a few months ago. This is just to make it a bit more visible.
Edit: fred has one and also has the widget on the home page, changed widget on this post to fred's server
