As for scum slipping; ANYONE can do it. You just have to put pressure on the right people at the right time. Not necessarily hard slips, but people will still slip up and say things they didn't mean to say. Such as scumily jumping onto a wagon or defending a teammate.

First of all- Punctuation is a wonderful thing. It'll make posts 10x easier to read and understand.
