Hi MAFIA forum. I was playing a cool game of VIROSLAUGHT 4 when I noticed Raptorblaze joined the lobby before me. I knew the name stuck out somehow and it soon came clear to me. I still get random email notifications at times from here too. But wow, what an encounter! He was Level 0 and said he "felt useless" before leaving, but I'm sure that wasn't true at all!

Me and the judge put up the Townie, and as soon as we both voted guilty (or at least I hope he did, we'll nevr fucking know)....the game froze. I mean everything was still moving, but the votes...never loaded. Like the trigger malfunctioned or something.

Not sure if it's hax or not but I doubt it because that's just malarky; you can't just freeze the game as you please. This was clearly a trigger load error that I've never witnessed before ever.

I wouldn't mind if I was going to lose, but I was not only going to win, but I came back heavily (if you watch).

So with that I say Bye...Again. Kind of sad; was really hoping to get back into -Mafia- with most of the corruptness gone. Never thought a gamebreaking trigger load error would make me leave again. Simply ludicrous

Yup. Arson is always lynched early. Very hard role. Been playing since 2011 and I've only seem him win like...twice? Not even sure.

Of those 5 Nomad seemed the most stupid, I'm not sure what else he would do though, instead of maybe Appear as their role instead of actually getting their powers. And if you die as that role you are allied with any others on that side.

So it was just an unfair setup? That kind of explains it.

Never even knew that was an option so it must be newish. It's pretty hard enough to win as Arson, so a bad setup like this isn't needed where it's just even harder. Had I have lived I would've won.

Yup, I just finished a game now to confirm and Red left moments before the +/- box showed up and wasn't awarded anything. It'd suck if you lagged out right then though.

I was in a game as an Arson, and around N4 I burned Red and Yellow...and I died as well? How?

I was the only Arsonist, and I was never doused...Are you telling me Arson can't burn anyone without committing suicide?

This is a new trend I've noticed. As soon as a match ends (right around when the points show up) 1-2 people will lag a full 60 seconds. I've never noticed this before while playing, and not in any other games either.

I used to play games with 15 people on both -Mafia- and Cortex Roleplay maps perfectly fine. Occasionally not a single person would drop (but 2-3 always leave early). And this was back on a crummy 700$ ASUS and with the same shitty network I have today.

Yeah but at least there's the Janitor, Framer, Disguiser, GF, etc...There's really no non-unique roles in the Mafia but almost every Triad role is a clone.

No In-Game banning has been around forever. It's how whole TOS breaking fiasco started.

I Hate being sheriff...he's broken, can't detect Witches, GFs, or Framers, and dies easily. Remove it or change the name I guess.

Also if there is a Bus Driver, Sheriff is WORTHLESS just like the other investigative roles.

If you need to hit someone 4 times, and it wears off after one night, MS can only kill one person every 1-4 nights.

So options need a little fixing.

To get the Marathon achievement:

There would have to be at least 12 people to start, no leavers, no suiciders, no night deaths, and a lynch every 3 days. You would prob need trolls...
