I have read the appeal instructions, and I understand that if my appeal is found to be frivolous, staff may double your punishment.

The name Admiral Zed comes from over 20 years ago, when I played Starcraft as Terrans (battlecruisers ftw) and liked the movie Men In Black (the head guy was named Zed). I've played starcraft 2 since it came out 8 years ago, and I've only used this username. I started played mafia as a custom game 8 years ago and have played on and off over the years. I started playing again in February 2018. According to the replays i have on this computer, I have just over 120 games played between February 2018 and March 2018. I don't recall how many games I have played of Mafia in total on SC2, but no one has ever accused me of any other wrongdoing in these ~120 games other than this report.

The keeper's review of the game replay is mistaken - the original allegations say that I voted consistently with two other players, but that is not the case. My name in the game was Cafeteria Frese - one of the other players had named themselves Creme Frese before I chose a name. I like South Park, and if you watch the show, you may now have Randy's creme frese song stuck in your head.

I got the role of doctor. I healed Creme Frese the first night and stuck with him the entire game. If I was really hacking with the other two players named in this thread, I would have healed them instead.

The first night, I was the 6th player to vote up the Godfather - three players other than the two named "hackers' in this report voted up before I did, and two additional players voted up afterwards. I did not vote at all in the trial phase.

The second night, I was the 4th player to vote up another member of the mafia. Seven votes were required, and three people other than the two named "hackers' in this report voted up after I did. I again did not vote in the trial phase on this night.

The third night, it seemed the two "hackers" identified in this thread had solid leads, so I voted with them and I voted guilty. This player was also a member of the mafia. As many players do when they lose, this player made comments about how we must have been cheating, including calling us "cunts." I told him he seemed "butthurt."

I only voted guilty on one other player. Tauntshaman was an amnesiac turned bus driver put up on the fifth night. I didn't vote guilty on the arsonist the night prior on the fourth night.

Tauntshaman's allegations that "all of these 3 guiltied immediately after defense phase" is incorrect - out of the five people put on trial, I only voted guilty with the other two alleged "hackers" on nights 3 and 5. For the same reasons, the keeper's review of the replay was mistaken. I request a re-review of my permanent ban, as I'd like to continue contributing to the mafia community on SC2.
