    The duty has always been on the hosts to keep their games clean. It's only in the last 6 months or so where this has somehow shifted to the task of FM moderation team to deal with. If someone is getting infracted for inappropriate behavior, that user should probably also be replaced from the game if the host has sufficient rules.

    A problem arises if we don't have enough reserves.

    Everyone should just settle down a little. Or at least give the illusion of calming down by avoiding insults & using "fucking" as an adjective.

    I'd suggest something like a d1 majority replace vote, but all that would accomplish would be destroying d1 communication. It would become solely about that vote if someone is being inactive/an asshole. Nothing would be accomplished d1.
