Spies need to stop sucking at PM tests. It's the easiest role to confirm besides mayor and they just refuse to do it. I just lynched a spy because all he said was "what the fuck" "I'm spy" and "get <insert name here>"
Also, people suck at reading last wills. They took a mafia's death note over the sheriff's last will in the game i just played.

I got lynched by an escort's last will yesterday, because the escort said I was "immune to block" as a doctor. I watched the replay and it turns out the escort saw a "someone tried to block you but you turned them away. Roleblock averted!" message and totally mis-interpreted it.

I kinda read through the thread fast, I've been looking over it again but I only see three people that claimed acolyte. Unless you think one of us has been converted, then sure I'll all for this.

Just woke up, finaly read through everything. Looks like this really is mass role-claim day. Here's mine:

Becomes an Assassin if converted by The Banshee.

there is no sane reason to wifom a neutral if you are town.
You assume I am a sane person, and that is your mistake. I didn't intend to wifom as a neutral until you accused me of it, then I rolled along with it. It makes the haunting want to convert me less, especially if I were something like a jester. And it might make the town not waste as many actions checking me if they are focusing on finding the haunting.

I can see why death knights shows up as haunting now...it sure makes a good way for haunting to hide. Time will tell. That message is pretty curious though. It isn't in the list of feedback messages.
How does he become a killer, if say, President Obama wants the American forces to stay in Afghanistan?
This is how I always feel awkward about where to place the responsibility for the bloodshed. On one hand, soldiers seem to be conditioned to simply take orders, which in their mind alleviates the responsibility for the murders they commit. I guess the public is supposed to think this way too. But on the other, I feel like that's no better than the participants in the Milgram experiment who are told they will not be responsible if they cause harm to the learner, whom the participant is constantly shocking. 65% of those people delivered the final shock of 450 volts...because they were told to. That's some scary shit right there. They couldn't go to the experimenter and say "no, this is not right".
I realize that if solders did NOT have the responsibility alleviated from their minds, that the army as it currently works would become dysfunctional. Look at the controversy caused by that one lieutenant dude that refused to go to Iraq way back when. Maybe it means I should shut up because the army can't work any other way. Or, robots instead of army (yeah daily show references!)

Gore could still have been converted, but it's less likely if Llama flips cit. It's also possible that gore saw the message and totally made up his investigation result.
Either way the death knight will have to decide that for himself tonight after we find out what Llama is.

Probably from this:

No matter how hard she tried, she was unable to solve the riddle that would supposedly lead them to the silver key. Not even with the thoughts she collected from the minds around her.
I don't think it's as conclusive as people seem to think. The big hint will be if the clue is posted a second time at the end of today.

-Or Person A and person C are in the haunting. Maybe two of the sheriff claims being in the haunting seems ridiculous but I'm not excluding that possibility. (one of them would get lynched after person B but it still buys them time).
-Or Person A is the banshee and Person B is a neutral (Jester, Executioner, maybe even death knight).
I also do not like relying on the assumption that the three people will not get witched, converted, or killed. If that happens, it sets the town back a day.

I bet if we did the checking chain, TWO people would come back and say they found a haunting result. I'd rather just lynch one of the three people and get that awkwardness out of the way before night comes.

I'm not sure how reliable the strength stuff is, the only thing I really note is that if the town strength is above 20, then it's usually too easy for them to win. I don't think I've seen mafia strength that high but it shouldn't be anyway.
There is another problem: If we lynch Goremancer then who will be killed by Death Knight?
This. It would be great to end the day with a lynch AND an established kill target. Also it would be a good way to really see if the death knight is siding with the town or not. So I'm holding off my own vote for the moment.

You could apply that logic to anyone the town suspects, Mopin. You're basically saying we should never lynch anyone, ever.
Mr. Llama is online. I think we should hear his defense and go from there.

Why does this thread exist?
If you can't tell by yourself what time zone people are in, maybe it's proof that where you live has little actual bearing on when you can or cannot post. I mean, even if, say, all the players of a game came from the exact same timezone, I bet you my left buttcheek at least some of them would have drastically different schedules during the day.
I know this is just for your own games, but segregating people based on time zones is a bad precedent that, if it picks up, will screw people over simply because the host doesn't live where they live.
Well I just read the rules again and it says you can only give a key to someone who has revealed they have a key on the same day. So someone having a key right now wouldn't be able to give it to the Paladin anyway.
I seem to have missed that part. There's a lot of parts I've been missing. I wish I was paying more attention on day 1.
So let me get this straight: Only two key-bearers can exchange between each other? That way your plan makes much more sense.
