Re: Everyone votes up Marshall on trial Day 2 LOL
I would like to add that it is a fair tactic to vote up imbeciles (not implying it is a case here) who roll government and exercise power abuse by voting people regardless of clues. Then, if town rebels and removes the corrupt government role, they might as well get more chances to win as they will not have to structure their game around one awful player. I recommend waiting for at least one player to give justification as to why they did remove town government before administering a punishment to all of them.
Re: Everyone votes up Marshall on trial Day 2 LOL
What the replay shows:
11 the sk accused 14 of being mafia.
14 reveals as the marshall to counter and lynch 11.
Town still votes marshall.
No I would say the punishment is too lenient given the situation.
We do put such examples into consideration though given enough evidence.
Re: Everyone votes up Marshall on trial Day 2 LOL
having an additional replay of cinimon where he badmouths me after voting and getting me lynched as marshall why havent you atleast put a tiny WL on him?
and i was cough cough voting the SK aka evil first on day 2 you call that bad marshall? im actually very good as mayor and marshall and actually everyone knows that, even bitcoin was a recent name i started using and already everyone knows who it is.
13 players alive, marshall says who to vote, suddenly alot of players goes against marshall and votes him instead, its like i hit the big guy in the skyper gang, the guy was SK why would annyone defend him out of random? makes 0 sense.
Re: Everyone votes up Marshall on trial Day 2 LOL
Hey guys, it your boy here and I just want you to know I literally don't know any of you so like you have no evidence to call me a skyper, I only put you up so you could lynch me, it's not my fault everyone else was either stupid or a gamethrower.

That's fair. We do not punish for skyping with that little evidence anyway.
MrMostache's review is a bit unclear on the matter at first sight, but what he did is punish for griefing, not for skyping. It's clear you voted and played in a way to harm your own wincon there, even if you didn't intend to fully throw the whole game.
Punishments for that are, per the guidelines in this section, "On hold" for a first offense and 2 weeks of watch list for a second offense.

Sorry if my reviews are very short. I try to make it short because we deal with a lot of reports.
You were 12 the bodyguard. Marshall was interested in lynching 11 the sk who tried to lynch him.
You were one of the main pushers on Marshall. You even said something like "Slow vote on 14" to even get more townies to vote him. Your intentions were very clear.

So I just heard of this. Didn't know the report was legit. We or I didnt know who sk was, also have been in several games where this person has flexed their epeen like that rando lynching just based on who he is upset at. I was going to dig through the replays to find the trend of this but it's really not worth the effort on my end.

Hey Cinimon thanks for coming here to explain your side of the story.
Whether you knew who the SK was is irrelevant. You voted to lynch a revealed Marshall.
I wouldn't worry about this too much, since this is your first infraction and its rather minor in comparison to other reports there is no repercussions. That's not to say any future infractions will have the same outcome. We will look at this report and consider it when applying any possible punishments if rules are broken.
If you are curious on how we apply punishments, here is a table outlining the basis of it.

Hey Rumox could you kindly look it up whether I have any reports on myself? I believe I have been in the same situation at least once, when we had to remove the Marshall who was going to lynch people he does not like. The nickname is the same as here. Would appreciate it.
