Game automatically ends with town win instead of nobody wins
I think this is a bug. I thought if people can't determine who is the biggest suspect, and game automatically ends, then a stalemate should be issued?
in my game there were 3 towns and 1 auditor left. And game ends with town wins even with me unable to convert anybody(techanically no crime right?)
I will be grateful to those who can answer me.

Doesn't that mean they can not decide who is the guy bad?
doesn't that mean they could also lynch 2 wrong guys, and let evil win?
Thus, I say a draw instead of "town wins" should be issued.

That's too subjective for the game engine to decide. The game just follows the rules under Tiebreakers listed here https://sc2mafia.com/wiki/Mechanics
