Available Vest Count Bug

I sent no action N1 as armorsmith
For each of the following nights the feedback of the remaining vests I had was incorrect by 1

N2: 4 vests, give one to 15, feedback says I have 4.
N3: opens with 3 vest message, give one to 13, receive feedback saying I have 3 vests twice.
etc.

All my vests were successfully handed out but this visual error was very confusing to me ingame.

@Sylvanas (I see you down there!) also wins as Marshall and gets the "all triad roles win" achievement
