Point Restoration Help

Hi, I applied for a point restoration a few weeks ago and was accepted but I have had trouble getting in contact with a staff member due to my busy schedule.

If any staff are available today from 3:45 PM EST - 9:00 PM EST I would appreciate the help.
If not how should I get in contact with another staff memeber? Thanks.
