Due to a new bug in the map due to the change to SC2 V4.0, the map is not updating properly at this time. I will resume updating as soon as these are resolved.
The most obvious effect of this is that punishments cannot be updated, and consequently, will not be issued, or time out as planned. Fixing this is my top priority.
Felt you all should know proactively.

With the 4.1.0 patch, most of the code we needed to fix has been restored to the editor. There were still a few errors I had to do a quick fix on, and you may notice aberrant behavior because of this, particularly during the night transition period.
We'll fix these as soon as able.
