No offense but have you looked at the attachments? There is a clear screen-shot of one of them TAUNTING me with the fact that he will /not/ stop skyping.

That is malicious intent, proven. Just because they acted sorry when they were facing punishment shouldn't excuse them.

After all, this can set a precedent. I can go and skype with my mates and if someone reports me I can be like "no its k I didn't know ill stop now".
