I've decided to reward the respected and active members of our community by adding a new VIP rank. Now, users who either have more than 30 rep, or who have 500 posts AND have been around for 3 months will be given a "VIP" rank, giving them access to the R&D forum, normally reserved for donors and the Respected group.

I don't have one planned yet. As for now, they have a pure white (as opposed to very light grey on regular members) and bolded name. Maybe I'll make a custom badge later.
