No, I kid, this seems a bit hard for scum to win but ive never played this setup before

Strategy:
If a citizen dies then you get a citizen to claim. (He may get counter claimed)
If the cop has a guilty then he outs it. (Could be fool.)
Basically you're trying to figure out who's the fool, because people acting scummy may or may not be the fool, and if you lynch the fool it's all over.
