Win Conditions

Circus: Defeat the Assassins, the Ringmaster, the Lost One and any evil neutrals.
Assassins: Defeat the Circus, the Ringmaster and the Lost One.
Ringmaster: Have the majority of the living players in your club.
Lost One: Defeat the Circus, the Assassins and the Ringmaster.
Executioner: Live to see your target lynched. You must survive until the end of the game.
Jester: Get lynched.
Witch: Defeat the Circus.

Blacksmith
Abilities:

At night, you may give armour to someone.
Alternatively, you may enchant someone's blade so that they may use its power to slay the mightiest of foes on the night they choose to use it. The blade is imbued with unstable magic and will disintegrate after one use.

Pertinent Rulings: You may not give yourself an enchanted shield or enchanted blade as you do not believe in personal gain.

Teleporter (Bus Driver)
Abilities:

At night, you can teleport two people with each other. All night actions towards one of the teleported people will now affect the other.

You may send a last will to me at any time by typing in the body -write "message"


Pertinent Rulings: Your targets will not be notified that they have been teleported. You cannot teleport yourself.

Description:

Abilities:

At night, you may commune with someone in the graveyard. They will tell you their role, their last will, how they died and who they visited at night during the journey.

Description: As a child you would always annoy your parents by swapping various items around the house. With their hectic lifestyles they would take a very strict stance to your misbehavior. After swapping the ashes from your grandmother's urn with cat litter your father raised his hand to strike you before you teleported him 30 miles away. When he got back he sent you straight off to the College of Mages. After five boring years you left and looking to have some fun as well as earn some coin you signed up to the Circus.

Your target does not have any magic. It may be a Citizen, but could also be the Godfather, the Chairman, an Actress or even a Jester.
Your target seeks justice. It may be a Sheriff, an Investigator, a Consigliere or an Executioner.

It may be a Vigilante, a Bodyguard, a Mafioso or a Fabricator.

Mechanics:

Anonymous accounts will be used.

Game will start on Night 0 to allow the mafia to allocate their roles to each member. Sarkus will always be the godfather and gets final say over which roles his team are.

Sarkus has final say over all of his team's actions, not just the kill.

At night Alex can initiate a power play. If the rest of her team votes their agreement she will kill Sarkus for his incompetent leadership. Alex then becomes invulnerable and every mafia member can use their ability twice, including killing, on the night the power play is initiated. Alex will now have final say over all night actions. Sarkus will lose the game if he is overthrown even if the mafia go on to win.

No death descriptions.

Theme:

The story follows a traveling circus as they undergo the long journey to [Fantasy City Name]. Some members of the circus possess magic (Power Roles) and use it to perform astounding displays that delight their fans. Others help with the day to day running of the circus and look after the stars (Citizens).

The best assassins in [Fantasy Continent Name] have been hired to do something. They are led by a man named Sarkus and his second in command, Alex.

The Ringmaster is up to something and has been seen inviting people into his wagon.

The Lost One is a shapeshifter who kills people and drains their magic.

I'll probably make names for all the mafia for the RP but Sarkus and Alex have gameplay purposes with the power play mechanic.
