The Walker picks somewhere to Visit he will bite one random person at that place the next night they will turn into a Walker and recieve the same actions.
If there are 2 or more people at the house I will Random.Org who gets bite.

If doctor heals everyone, then everyone could just decide where to stay day 1 and go to the same place. As long as doctor is there no one can get zombified. Then they only have to find the mafia before mafia lucks out on killing the doctor...
