This setup takes advantage of the Role Compendium, it will be chock full of custom roles (as in basically all of it)

The Mafia will be able to pick out of the possible Roles List, FMVIII style.

Rebels: Be rid of the Mafia, District 13, and the Killing Neutral (or possibly Benign if win condition applies)
Capitol: Kill the Rebels, District 13, and the Killing Neutral (or possibly Benign if win condition applies)
Killing Neutral: Fulfill your win condition (usually Kill Everyone)
Benign Neutral: Fulfill your win condition.

Lol. I love the Hunger Games series but if this is going on while the Battle Royale game is going on, I'll try the environment that I don't know about.

When one dies the other commits suicide. They can really mess up the game if it's set up is screwy.

When one of the lover dies, the other will commit suicide on purpose. Nothing may stop a suicide.
