Ouch, Blizzard is pathetic. If I were you I'd try to battle this. This game isn't rated E for everyone, it's rated T for teen. There is blood and gore, language, suggestive themes, use of alcohol and tobacco, and violence. Stripper and hooker are the least of their worries. But if anything, you can always think of other names for their roles.

Replace stripper with bartender (AKA barman). Beer is definitely a role-block.

Replace hooker with conartist. Definitely a distraction and cuts on confidence.

Hey, at least they didn't find the "whore" thing. Keep it positive. ;D

Not consort though, guess that idea works.

Wow. What a joke. One of the bad things about the new custom game hosting and all that jazz.

If the language in the game offends someone they aren't being forced to play... prostitution wasn't always illegal.

If they had gone bonkers over "Consort" too, then... well, I don't really know what I'd say.

I honestly lol'd at this. After all the shit their crap bank sigs have done for the growth of the map. Oh well, time to smash out some games to get it back on the front page.

lol Blizzard, all that jazz about 2 words.
It's not like you could play a penis or a rapist.
Roleplaying a serial-killer is better than being named a stripper ? :D

I would personally send a mail asking how hooker and stripper are inappropriate words. They are both legitimate names for legitimate professions in the world.
Renaming "hooker" to prostitute would reduce the offensive nature of the word, but stripper!?

Seriously, this whole censorship in the US is just ridiculous. I, personally, find it much alike to censorship found in dictatorial states.

Anyways, I'd change the names, and put another button in the game called "Blizzard" which explains the whole situation with a lot of implying of how shitty their idea of custom maps is. This is just another example of how they promote not making custom maps.

There should be some kind of [Explicit] tag before this kind of games, so that they can be allowed to have mature content without this bullshit. And mature as in grown-up, not as in sexual.

It's not like penises are showed in the game or any kind of sexual reference is made. There's never explicitly stated that when a hooker/stripper visits someone, they fuck them...

US needs to grow up.

It is totally fine to play a serial killer, but woh, dude. You can't play a hooker/stipper? Lol...

When it comes to games, and the general public...

The US, for some reason, takes anything sex-related and immediately turns it into the most taboo thing you can possibly think of. It doesn't matter what it is, if it's even slightly related to sex, then it's like a forbidden topic to never be spoken of.

However, you can be a serial killer who tortures his victims brutally over the course of many days and be as violent as you want as long as you don't refer to/do anything sexual in nature what-so-ever.

Toss in something along the lines of "WON'T SOMEONE PLZ THINK OF THE CHILDRENNNNNNN!!!11eleven" and you can pretty much get anything banned.

And that's not an exaggeration.

Link them to the video and say that this part of the game traumatized you. Request that they remove the single player campaign from the game.

I'll never recover from seeing that night elf stripper. My mind, eyes, and soul are permanently scarred with horrors unimaginable. It should be banned from the universe. Won't someone please think of the children?!!!1eleven
