Missing some of my points, but not all

I had enough points for the Top Hat before, and my max RR bet was 48. Now, I have only 1203 points. My win-count and achievements are intact.

My SC2 ID and Leaderboard alias are both SamTaeguk. How can I get my hat back?

I have a similar problem, and i'm fred. My achievements and such are still intact but my points are missing. I only had enough points for the seaman hat though :(

You can't get reset to some random number, only zero.

In any case, post your MBank13 from documents (open in notepad and paste here).
