Clear gamethrowing, even if he suspected the mayor might put him up to trial he still voted up a revealed mayor instead of an unknown (and since it was just the three of them, confirmed evil) role. In addition, he refused to heal anyone for the last two nights of the game.

There is evidence that party cheating took place. The serial killer never attacked Yendor even after he claimed doctor, and their slots were adjacent (Yendor was ctrl+2, bigwayner was ctrl+3) added to his gamethrow at the end with little in the way of discussion confirms party communication.
