Summary: Checking the help section, I stumble upon someone I've never played with that miraculously has a boat load of games played and over 20k points. Attached is a screenshot and the save. Also: He recently appealed an offence it seems.

I recommend Watchlist for this under the circumstances that he restores his points to normal. In the event he doesn't I recommend putting him back on KV list

You could just delete your bank file, resets everything.
