Guilty all three of them. Red does give information that Orange can't give to town being BM. Clearly a cheat offense. Although blue lies to his two friends, he still uses a method outside of the mafia settings. Bottom line, they used Skype to gain an advantage. Too bad for them that they are such poor cheaters, but then end action is clearly cheating.
