If he kills a citizen, an amnesiac or a ghost he receives no ability.

He can use kill modifiers at the same time as his kill, e.g. janitor's clean, lawyer's change last will

Additional Info: He is meant to be a less powerful serial killer for use as an extra killing role that only kills once every 2 nights so isn't as powerful. He has more utility than a serial killer and should be a more fun role to play as. Being able to use other roles' abilities means he will actually be able to back up a role claim which should help him not be lynched. Having a sheriff power could allow him to find mafia in order to gain the towns trust but they should be aware that as there is a sheriff in the graveyard this could be a ravager who has stolen his ability. Having a ravager in the game would make duplicate role claims when one role is already in the graveyard even less trustworthy.

One Sentence Summary: A cross between the serial killer and the ninja.

So if he kills a killing role (sk/mafioso) then he can kill 2 nights in a row? If he kills the arson, can he ignite? What if he kills the mason/cult leader - does he control the masons/cultists for a night? Can he recruit someone?

He basically just gets whatever their ability is, including being able to kill on the night where he would usually have to wait. He learns the identities of the masons or cult if he kills their leader instead of being able to recruit.
