Had no idea framer can frame someone else to be framer, but the past 5 games I've had as investigator have said the opposite roles of people.

One game I had said the Serial Killer was investi or consig, another said the Bus Driver was a escort, body guard, or Consort.(For the recrod, the bus driver couldn't swap himself in my setup. Atleast for the BD investigation and there were no other Bus Drivers.) The first one when I investigator him was actually correct, he swapped himself in that one. But the Doctor and framer one I don't know..

I'll post a replay in a minute or two, gotta figure out what one it is.

Both of those sound like normal frame cases.... Investigators do not find exact roles unless a specific option is enabled. Instead, they see a group of possible roles, for example:
Sheriff and executioner
Witch, Amnesiac, and Survivor
Investigator and Consigliere
Janitor and Coroner

A framer essentially makes a person appear as a random living mafia role, but this still means that as investigator you only detect their POSSIBLE role after they are framed. From the sounds of it, the SK was framed to look like a consig, so your investigation showed investigator or consigliere. The Bus Driver was framed to look like a consort, so he showed up as escort, bodyguard, or consort. I haven't reviewed the replay yet, but nothing you said sounds abnormal. I'm confused why you are confused, it sounds like a fairly obvious framejob.

I just watched the replay again, and the night it said he was a framer, the framer framed red, not Mexicant. Plus this has been happening to me alot lately, even when the game has no framer. Let me add again, no witch or bus driver at this point of the game.

This is not a bug, you just didn't account for Bus driving/framing when investigating. It's important to remember such roles exist.

Tip: When reviewing replays, pause time at relevant moment (such as right as night ends in this case, remember to double check since the time slider is inaccurate to move around) then switch views between multiple relevant perspectives via hotkeys.
On another note, I'm curious what the consig meant when he said "Don't worry, the sk is with us" n1. Possible cheating, but SK died so they couldn't execute any plan they had.

Framer makes a random person appear to be as if they were any random mafia member. So if Mafia has Framer, Consort, and Godfather, a person can look to be either Framer, Citizen or something sinister, or escort/consort/BG. It is random, but that is how Framer works.
