The friend icon is half-blocking it and the upper part of the lower arrow doesn't react to pressing it.
Also would like it to be able to scroll up/down with the mouse scroll thingy.

Yea, I think they should give map makers the ability to mod bnet UI. I LOVE that they added the ability to mod the game UI, but bnet UI should be moddable too!
