Added discord support for a moderator to control game flow

Removed legoboy and knight errant setups

Added a way to 'force end' the current phase. Current phases include Nighttime, Discussion time, and Voting

Still, I would like to integrate Narrator with sc2mafia.com. Maybe hosts will then use this for S-FMs? TBD. Some work has been done with Apocist on this front!!
