The game skips the first two days and nights, and starts at day 3 lynch.

Similar issue, but slightly different. This one starts on day 1, but then transitions into Night 2.

seen a similar bug before, reported it somewhere. though I think it happened because of a recent patch.

Day 1 transitioned into night 2, followed by Day 3 (http://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showthread.php/41868-Day-1-transitioned-into-night-2-followed-by-Day-3)

Recent Patch only changed death messages and pauses. It's likely just an old bug but I'll take a look at it tomorrow.
Either way, it doesn't necessarily affect gameplay so that's good.
