Because Inquisition killed innocent member of the amnesiacs, I think it's totally justified for me to lynch the enforcer to avoid the potential death of both witch and judge

I didn't look at the replay but did it meet this requirement?

That's from the Wiki and I believe you also need to have at least 3 in-game days go by.
