Plus/Minus Square Overlay

Just noticing this

When you are hosting a game and click on "New Team", "Ties", or anything else that would create a pop-up, then the plus-square and and minus-square overlay ontop of the popup.

I fixed this in a build I'm working on, but introduced another similar bug. Thanks for pointing it out though crypt!
