I'm 100% positive you just made this up because there is a stalemate protocol in the game that if no one is killed or lynched in 3 days the game ends and the Majority wins. If there is no majority and it's a tie I.E 3 mafia and 3 Town roles left then it uses an priority list for who gets the win.

SK > Arson > Mafia > Town
