New Video Tags

I updated the video tags used site-wide to speed things up. Basically, now it just displays the video thumbnail and title when the page loads, then loads the actual video player when you click on it, instead of loading a bunch of video players all at once. This probably breaks a couple of things like autoplay vids, I might fix that later if its a problem. The new tags will use much less bandwidth and load pages much faster, especially if the page has a lot of videos.

Since this was implemented I can't reproduce any videos and I'm going nuts.
