Rules :

No OOG (Out of Game chatting, which means chatting about the game outside of the provided game thread and provided chat channels such as night chats)

No Serial Lurking, the host decides what's considered adequate activity, minimal posts per 24 hour is 3 to 5 posts.
One shouldn't simply post the minimum posts to check in and then lurk afterwards, the host will be able to see that too.
If one is forced away E.G neighbour drove a freaking bus through your home or an unannounced wedding, etc, please notify the host.
No quoting PM's from the host, no copypasting of anything from chat channels, no linking of chat channels if there is one.
Do not gamethrow. While win conditions are vague, it should be easy enough to understand.
The host will limit questions and answers, so feel free to put out bullshit answers. Certain questions may be answered for the convenience of the game.
No personal attacks. Joke insults may be on a thin line, but please respect the players.
No super massive pictures / GIFs (massive such as 1280x720), please limit it to one per post.
Videos must be under a spoiler tag and there must be no autoplay. If it's spoiler related E.G the ending of a movie, please give a warning on the spoiler.

Going to ask questions here. First off I want to point out, our site literally can't do a Closed Setup. Its too troll for us. The concept in itself is foreign.

Second looking at what we do know: (Wow I read it before I am signing)

You can be on Reserve if you want, just note that there's a priority if too many signs.
14 players signs for it, there's 13 slots so 1 guy is going to be left out. He's #1 on the priority on Reserve.

1. In that situation, it depends who can kill. If the Terrorist can kill the Werewolf, they win. If the Werewolf can kill the Terrorist, they win. If both can kill eachothers, then Neutral Evil / Killer would take priority which is the Werewolf.
Edit : I don't actually know what variant of Werewolf you're asking about tho.

2. There won't be any alignment changes on players already in a group, say two mafia and one of them turns into neutral.
If that was the case in any context, it would be a focused witch hunt.

They have signed for games before - two of them - and did not even show up. That isn't 'new' that's just flaky. There are legitimately new players in the reserves list; they should be given a chance over someone who has AFKed twice now.

Even the other guy apologized after being replaced.

I'm all for new people coming, but I don't see why you need to go out of your way and try to excuse someone who has proven in multiple ocassions that they are unreliable. Wanna give spots to new players? Then let's give them to new players who actually want to play the games they sign up for.

Also, I said in the other game that I'll hydra with whoever wants to play. Hydras are the best way to let new players start getting involved; if they actually play, then you get to know a new player and people know that you can rely on them for future games. If they never show up, then at least they don't affect the game since the other player can carry the hydra alone.

Asking people to "back out" just so a known inactive player can get modkilled yet again is unreasonable.
