What happened is I reformatted my computer, which reset my points back to 0. Although I don't have any replays/screenshots, I have a lot of witnesses who remember playing with me in game.

You need a screen shot or a replay to restore your points.

Did you just recently lose your points? If so, You made a report against someone back in September.

But due to the new patch 3.0 we cannot review old replays, unless there is a way.
