So as everyone knows, California has been in a bit of a drought lately. Mars has more water than California at this point. Yet niggas like me are still thirsty.

anyways I live in Southern California. Not in the exact same district as the Imperial County seat (El Centro), but I know quite a bit about it. Its average rainfall is about 2.8 inches a year. Last year, it only received 0.4 inches. So really, what I'm saying is, you're probably gonna get about 2 inches less than what you expect.

yaw the drought is a big problem in California right now. the best way you can help not only yourself but the community is to save water. I've been through the rout in atlanta and i know it wasn't as bad as yours but it did help to save as much water as possible.
best of luck lasting through the drought

I never understood this.

I live in Dubai.

We import all our water.

Problem solved.

With that 2% $15 B bridge loan you got back in 2004 you'd think the state budgetary committee would prioritize access to energy and water.

Orpz, if it's shipped in by rail or by sea it should be less expensive than by truck, going by bulk rates.

Frog, doesn't the UAE have desalination plants?

I got hit with a water violation the other day, feels bad man. Dad was watering the garden or something at an undesignated time.

Isn't the issue that Dubai has boatloads of money relative to its size so it has the ability to import something like water in, which would be very expensive and cumbersome for an entire large state or region of a large state? Last I checked, California's budget is a friggin' mess, lol -- I don't think it's in any position to add a giant additional expense to the mix.
