[bug to fix bug]Citizen when citizen role shouldn't be possible?

Attaching a screenshot from game played just a few minutes ago.

There are 4 Adv. Town and 3 Basic Town in roles list, no Random Town.
All other roles are mafia or neutrals. No town roles are defined.

For 'Basic Town' - exclude citizens is ON.
But you can clearly see there is one, he's in the graveyard.

Your Adv Mafia slot is impossible, there are no roles that fit the restrictions. The game, instead of crashing, substitutes impossible slots with Citizens.
