It's actually pretty difficult to weigh random roles so the primary / secondary roles are balanced together.

We don't have a large playerbase here IMO so i find the people stating a player to be banned is to be bad practice for our small community. I think its fair to give a small "dont do it" but saying "ban them" is a little extreme
