If you're already receiving the Patron message in-game you've probably already obtained 10k points. When you become a patron it automatically boosts your current points to 10k, but doesn't give you any additional points if you've already achieved 10k points.

... if you're not receiving the message in-game D.R just hasn't updated the map recently, and you'll receive your points when he does.
