i sucked my thumb for 14 years i tried every thing but nothing worked the only thing that worked for me was putting a glove on my hand and putting old hair elastics then i put a long sock on my hand then i put on more old hair elastics and i set a goal for my self one month i have offical stoped sucking my thumb since march 22 2014
